LIVING WITH DOGS: I would prefer to live as the only pet in the household

LIVING WITH CATS: I prefer not to live with cats

Rose is a beauty and super friendly, she adores people! She likes to place her paws on your shoulders for a love ❤️. She's settled in very well and has enjoyed meeting and walking with the volunteers and the other Greyhounds in the kennels.

It’s important that she has a good sized, private garden where she can enjoy having time off the lead. Although Rose has enjoyed walking with other the other Greyhounds at the centre we would need her to go as an only pet, she's definitely more for people than other dogs and enjoys her own space.

Rose always wears a muzzle whilst out walking, as do all of our retired racing Greyhounds. She could live with older children aged 16 years plus.

Rose has never lived in a home before, but all of the past Greyhound's that have been adopted from us previously have adjusted well into their new homes. She will need someone who will allow her the time to settle and adapt to her new environment. She is very sweet natured and has a cheeky character, she adores to be around people so we know she will make an amazing pet once given the chance.
