Sparky is an approximately 3-year-old cat who is looking for his forever home. He came into our care as a stray and was initially terrified of people. With patience, kindness, and lots of time from our dedicated staff and volunteers, Sparky has made wonderful progress and his true personality is beginning to shine.

Now, Sparky loves to roll around on the floor to greet you, enjoys playtime, and happily accepts a fuss. While he can still be a little skittish at times, we can see his fear slowly melting away as he learns that people aren’t so scary after all. He has a gentle nature and the most delicate, sweet meow to match.

Sparky is a beautiful cat who would need access to the outdoors, as he’s used to exploring. His new home should be in a quiet, safe area away from main roads or heavy traffic.

He would be best suited to an experienced cat owner who understands nervous cats and is willing to give him the time, patience, and love he needs to fully settle and continue building his confidence.
