These six gorgeous kittens are now looking for their forever homes in bonded pairs.
Twister, Solero and Rocket came into our care when they were just one day old, alongside their mum, Nelly. Benji, Diesel and Penelope had a much more difficult start to life after being found dumped in a bin bag at only around six weeks old, if that. They were in a terrible state when they were rescued, but thanks to lots of love, care and dedication, they have made an incredible recovery.
As they have grown, the two litters have become the best of friends, forming strong bonds with one another. For this reason, they will be rehomed in pairs so they can continue to enjoy the companionship and confidence they give each other.
They are all confident, outgoing little kittens who love to play, explore and investigate everything around them. Like all kittens, they are full of energy, curiosity and mischief, and they will keep their new families thoroughly entertained! Little Penelope is the shyest of the group, but she is growing in confidence every day and is becoming braver and more affectionate as she settles.
Kittens need patient owners who can provide plenty of love, playtime and mental stimulation as they develop. They will benefit from a variety of toys, scratching posts, climbing opportunities and cosy places to rest, helping them grow into happy, confident adult cats.
All of the kittens will need to remain indoors initially while they settle into their new home and build a bond with their new family. If they are to have access to the outdoors in the future, they must first be neutered and fully recovered from surgery before being allowed outside.
The neutering appointment will be arranged by the rescue, with the date provided at the time of adoption. The procedure will be carried out at Saltburn Vets, our designated veterinary practice.
If adopters wish for their kittens to enjoy outdoor access, their home must be situated in a safe area away from main roads and high-traffic areas. Their safety is our priority, and homes that are not suitable for outdoor access may not be considered for this type of adoption.
Alternatively, these kittens could live happily as indoor cats, provided they have plenty of space and an enriching environment. They will need opportunities to climb, scratch, play, explore and interact with their family to ensure they remain physically and mentally stimulated.
These little survivors have overcome such difficult starts in life and are now thriving. They deserve loving families who will cherish them, keep them safe, and give them the wonderful future they've fought so hard for.
