Tallulah is a 5-year-old Olde English Bulldog looking for her forever home. She arrived at the centre with her daughter Bonnie and, although the two get along well, we felt it was best for them to be rehomed separately. We think Tallulah’s days of being a mum had started to wear a little thin, and she is now thoroughly enjoying having her own space and a bit of peace and quiet.

Tallulah has a very loving, calm nature and enjoys being around people. Like many Olde English Bulldogs, she is affectionate, loyal, and happiest when she is part of family life. She has a gentle temperament and would make a wonderful companion for someone looking for a relaxed but devoted dog.

She could potentially live with another well-socialised dog pending introductions, but we feel Tallulah would probably be happiest as the only dog in the home where she can enjoy all the attention to herself.

Tallulah enjoys her walks and will need regular moderate daily exercise to keep her happy and healthy. While she enjoys getting out and about, she does not require excessive exercise and would suit a home that can provide steady routines and companionship.

As a short-nosed (brachycephalic) breed, Tallulah can be prone to breathing difficulties, especially during warm weather or overexertion. Her new owners will need to take care to keep her cool, avoid strenuous exercise in the heat, and monitor her for any signs of breathing distress.

Tallulah’s grooming needs are fairly low maintenance, but she will still require regular care to keep her comfortable and healthy. Her short coat will benefit from weekly brushing, and special attention should be paid to keeping her skin folds clean and dry to prevent irritation or infection. Regular ear cleaning, nail trimming, and general skin care are also important for this breed.

Tallulah is now ready to enjoy a calm, loving home where she can relax, be spoiled, and enjoy life at her own pace.
