Teddy

Handsome Teddy is an 11-year-old Yorkshire Terrier with a gentle nature and a heart full of love. This sweet little gentleman is looking for a calm, quiet forever home where he can enjoy his golden years surrounded by comfort and companionship.

Teddy is incredibly affectionate and loves being around his people. He's happiest pottering around the house or garden, enjoying a gentle stroll, and then curling up for a cosy nap. He doesn't need lots of exercise, just a couple of leisurely walks and plenty of time to relax with his family.

As Teddy is a senior boy, he's looking for a home with no children, where life is peaceful and predictable. A quieter environment will help him feel safe and settled.

Like many Yorkshire Terriers, Teddy is loyal, intelligent, and devoted to his people. Yorkies often form very close bonds with their owners and love being involved in everyday life. Despite their small size, they have big personalities and enjoy companionship, gentle play, and plenty of fuss.

As an older dog, Teddy's new family should be prepared to meet the needs that come with his senior years, including:

  • Gentle, regular exercise rather than long or strenuous walks.

  • A comfortable, warm bed in a quiet place to rest.

  • Routine veterinary check-ups to help keep him feeling his best.

  • A nutritious diet suited to a senior dog.

  • Patience and understanding if he takes a little longer to adapt to new surroundings.

  • Lots of love, reassurance, and quality time with his family.

Teddy has so much love left to give and deserves a family who will cherish him and make his retirement years the happiest they've ever been.

Could you offer this lovely little gentleman the peaceful forever home he's been waiting for?
